Graduate Engineer
I applied through the job ad with my resume and cover letter. First, I had a phone call with a recruiter who asked some basic questions and about my interest in the role. Then, I had a panel interview over Zoom where I had to give a PowerPoint presentation on a specific topic, and after that, they asked me some typical interview questions.
- Could you elaborate on your experience with ICT systems?
Graduate Engineer
The graduate interview had many steps. It started with a phone call, then an online quiz, followed by a 2-day assessment centre. On the second day of the assessment centre, I had to do a presentation. The whole experience was fun and interesting. They even flew people out to Sydney for the interviews.
- Could you tell me about something you are most proud of?
Graduate Engineer
After submitting your online application with your CV, transcript, and answering some basic questions, you'll have a video interview where they ask basic behavioral questions, questions about the company values, and if you're willing to travel for work.
