The interview was pretty easy and straightforward. It was a one-on-one interview. The interviewer was friendly and seemed really enthusiastic about their role. They answered a lot of my questions well and gave me a good sense of what the company is like. The interview lasted about forty minutes.

It was a long interview, about 4.5 hours. There were two group activities, followed by a short 10-minute interview before moving on to our personal interviews. Some of the questions felt a bit too personal, more than I expected for an interview. Also, the interviewer wasn't able to explain what an intern would actually do and seemed unsure about the difference between structural and civil engineering.

It was a good time talking with the team. I had a good team of guys and a great boss. This is largely dependent on who the immediate manager is onsite. Having positive leadership on site can flow down to the team and can make people come to work not because they have to but because they want to.
