It started with two managers asking questions from the 'downer list'. First, I introduced myself and we talked about salary expectations. There were some scenario questions, but not really technical ones. HR followed up quickly and sent the offer the next day. Super efficient.

The phone interview and the recruitment process before and after it were smooth and easy. The HR manager was really helpful with any questions I had and explained the hiring steps clearly. There were two main interview stages: first, my resume was reviewed, and second, I had a phone interview where we talked about my past work experience.

Basically a couple of phone calls first, then either a face-to-face or Teams interview. HR and the Hiring Manager did the phone calls. The face-to-face/Teams one gets a bit technical and can go up to 45 mins if they like you.
