Started with HR, then met the team lead. After that, there were three more interviews, and I also had to do a project with a presentation, and then one final interview. All interviews were about 30 minutes long.

The interview was pretty straightforward. I had one call with a recruiter and then another with the hiring manager. It was a relaxed vibe, although the manager did mention some disorganization within the department and said I might find the first few months challenging. That part was a bit unsettling, but overall, the team seemed good.

The interview process was good at first. A recruiter reached out after I applied online. We had an initial screening call, and then they passed my info to the team. About a week and a half later, the recruiter let me know the team wanted to meet me. I met two team members in person, and it went well. The next day, the recruiter called and said they wanted me to come back in on Friday. I met the director and another associate that day. This interview was longer and more detailed, with more questions about my skills and personality. I sent thank you emails after each meeting, but never heard back about the position. It's been two months, and I'm in a new job now, but it was unprofessional not to get any feedback, especially since they were so communicative at first.
