It was a really slow process, with about two weeks between any updates throughout the four rounds of interviews and a test. They didn't give any expected timeline at the start. After all that, HR just ghosted me.

It was a really thorough process. They gave me this written test that took about 4 hours to finish, and it really covered a lot of ground in terms of news writing and editing. It wasn't a walk in the park, but if you can get through that, the rest of the interview is pretty straightforward.
