Started with a quick call with a recruiter based in the US. This recruiter seemed to know nothing about the job or the company. Then, I had a face-to-face meeting with the hiring manager. It was a nice and relaxed conversation. The hiring manager seemed really interested in me and mentioned that the recruiter would contact me to set up another meeting with a more senior manager. However, I never heard back from the recruiter, despite sending two follow-up emails. It was super unprofessional and a bad look for a well-known company in financial markets. The company needs to train its recruiters or fire them.

Behavioral Presentation

I did a Hirevue interview, then interviewed with 2 managers, then had a sales presentation and additional interview questions in a third interview. After completing 3 interviews over about 6-7 weeks, I was ghosted after the sales presentation and got no response to my follow-up emails.
