Customer Service Representative
The hiring process was quick and easy. I got the job right after the in-person interview. It felt really organized and clear. Everyone was nice, and the questions were easy to understand but made you think.
- Can you share the best constructive criticism you have ever received?
Customer Service Representative
Found the job on a weekday, had a phone screen/interview the next week, and the following week had an in-person interview at their facility with three people, which felt a bit overwhelming. Then there was a working interview with two HR personnel and the CSR/TA Manager. They asked questions that went beyond the usual, seeming to prioritize cultural fit as much as job skills. The in-person interview took longer than expected, about an hour and a half. The working interview wasn't just observing, it was like the start of training and lasted 3 hours.
- Given our humane euthanasia fund draws many people to our hospital, and CSRs assist owners through the process, how would you handle helping 5 families put their pets down in one shift?
Customer Service Representative
Once you get invited to interview, you gotta send in video recorded answers using an app. After they check out your videos, if you're good, they'll have you chat with the head of HR and the CSR manager. They'll ask you a bunch of questions about your skills, your past work, and some pretend situations.
- How would you handle a situation where the phone is ringing, a client arrives with a pet that ate chocolate, and you are currently assisting another family with the euthanasia of their pet?
