It was a three step interview. We started with an in person meeting at the corporate office where I was asked questions and given a quick test on grammar and math. After that, I interviewed with the regional manager. The final step was meeting the property manager in person.

First, they give you a call for a phone screen. If that goes well, you'll head to their corporate office for an in-person interview with the recruiter. This is where you'll take a math and grammar test. Passing that means you move on to two more interviews: one on Zoom and a final in-person one with the Property Manager.

The hiring process involved a total of 4 interviews, broken down into 2 preliminary calls, a meeting with a Senior VP, and a final interview with a community manager. There was also an aptitude test. This was quite an extensive process that spanned about 4 weeks. Three of the interviews were conducted virtually over Zoom, while the final interview and the aptitude test were done in person. The test took place at the corporate headquarters, and the interview with the community manager was an onsite visit.
