I had two interviews, the first with the Director of Sales and the second with the GM. The first one felt more like a chat and honestly, it felt like they were pitching to me, which was weird since they didn't ask me much. The GM interview was different, they asked me some direct questions about my past experiences. Even though the interviews themselves were pretty straightforward, I'd tell people to be careful if they seem too easy.
