This company has smart people, but they really need to manage expectations better. I went through 9 interviews over 2 months with HR, EQ, HQ, VPs, and the CEO. They led me on, I even turned down other offers, but in the end, they told me the role was super popular and they hired someone else.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I found this role on LinkedIn and was internally recruited by DD. First, I had a 1:1 phone screening with the Hiring Manager that lasted about 30 minutes. Then, I got invited to an Open House. Before the Open House, I had to respond to a mock customer scenario. At the Open House, I got to hear from the Hiring Manager and CEO, meet some employees, and had a 1:1 interview. In that interview, they looked at my mock email response, assessed my cultural fit, and asked about my past work. After that, the Hiring Manager reached out for two more interviews, one with him and one with the CEO. After the CEO interview, it felt like I already had the job. The official offer came a few days later, after they did professional reference checks.

Behavioral Presentation

The whole interview process took about 3 weeks. It started with a phone screen, then I had a rotating interview with 6 employees. Finally, I interviewed separately with the COO and CEO. It was a good experience because I got a deep understanding of the role and talked to people who have been with the company for different lengths of time, which gave me valuable insights.
