I had two interviews. The first was a phone chat with an HR recruiter. It was pretty laid-back, just seeing if I knew about dotloop. After that, she sent me some company culture and benefits info. The second interview was online with the same recruiter, the Customer Support Manager, and a Customer Support Lead. The Manager and Lead asked the questions, but they made it not stressful. They asked relevant stuff, talked about what they're looking for, and about dotloop's culture. It was about 30 minutes. They got back to me the next morning with an offer. They were cool about giving me enough time to give notice at my old job and to move and get settled.

I applied online and got a referral. HR contacted me the same day to schedule a phone interview for a few days later. The day after that, they set up a webcam interview for the next week with the hiring manager and some team members. I got offered the job the day after that. Both interviews were chill, not stressful at all. The whole thing, from applying to getting the offer, took under two weeks.

First, we do a phone interview to see if you're a good fit. If that goes well, you'll come in for an in-person interview with the three department leads. If we both feel good after that, you'll shadow someone to get a better feel for the job before we make an offer.
