Had 4 zoom calls. Started with the recruiter, then had back-to-back interviews with the manager and director. It was a good process because they explained everything needed. Got an offer a few weeks later. Make sure you do your research on Dotloop and their competitors.

I applied online and then got a call from a recruiter a few days later. The software is great for real estate agents. The recruiter was not friendly and didn't seem conversational, just reading questions and typing answers. There was barely any interaction from her. She acted like she had a quota and just wanted to finish. When I asked about the company culture, she told me to check Glassdoor, which made me think she wasn't happy there. Her voice and attitude were concerning. Even with my experience in SaaS, Fortune 100 clients, and real estate, I got a generic rejection email. It seemed like she wasn't really listening and was just going through the motions. The pay is $26.39/hour, which feels low for managing 100 accounts, working downtown (no remote option), a strict 8-5 schedule, and using Google Sheets.

I had two interviews. The first was a phone chat with an HR recruiter. It was pretty laid-back, just seeing if I knew about dotloop. After that, she sent me some company culture and benefits info. The second interview was online with the same recruiter, the Customer Support Manager, and a Customer Support Lead. The Manager and Lead asked the questions, but they made it not stressful. They asked relevant stuff, talked about what they're looking for, and about dotloop's culture. It was about 30 minutes. They got back to me the next morning with an offer. They were cool about giving me enough time to give notice at my old job and to move and get settled.

I had two phone screens with the recruiter and VP Product. After that, there were over 4 hours of in-person interviews with 5 people from the product and engineering team. This was followed by a Google Hangout interview with the CEO. The whole thing took about a month until communication stopped. I emailed the recruiter a bunch to follow up but never heard back about the interview status, which left a pretty bad impression. I thought the interviews went fine and I got along with the team, so it was a big letdown. After weeks of trying to reach them with no response, I wasn't interested in the dotloop job anymore.
