First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dot Foods, Inc..
Warehouse Manager
First, a recruiter gave me a call. After that, I had to do an online personality and intelligence test, it took about 3 hours. Lastly, I had a teams meeting interview with the operation manager and HR, which was mostly behavioral questions.
- Can you share an instance where you received feedback and describe how you reacted to it?
- Given that your previous employment lasted only 3 months, what assures us that you won't leave this position just as quickly?
Warehouse Worker
I met with 3 different people for the interview process. Each interview happened in a separate office, one after the other. It was one of the longest interviews I've had, but they were all done in one day and took about an hour to an hour and a half total. There were several other applicants that day too. Make sure you're ready for a general math quiz!
- Can you discuss your experience working in a warehouse?
- What are your thoughts on warehouse safety protocols?
Warehouse Worker
They told me about the job then asked me if I thought I could do it. Then they asked about my background and some dot foods info, and what I thought. After I answered, I had to pass a drug test and a physical test. I passed both.
- The interviewer explained the job and asked if I believed I was capable of performing the duties.
- I was asked a few questions about my background and experience.
