The interview experience wasn't great, to be honest. The HR person was kind of short and snippy. The recruiter hyped up the company, but then never followed up like they said they would. The interview itself wasn't too bad, and I was initially excited after the recruiter talked about DOT stuff, but then there were a lot of red flags. It was disappointing because I was so pumped up after the recruiter's talk.

Started with a standard phone screening call. Then, I had to complete an online test with multiple parts. This test seemed more like an IQ or competency quiz and wasn't related to the actual job duties, and I never heard about it again. After that, there were two more virtual meetings: one with a group of interviewers (a panel) and another with the hiring manager. It took about a month and a half to get the final decision.

So I had an initial chat with the recruiter. Then they sent me a test and after that there were 3 panel interviews followed by a Hiring Manager interview. They focused heavily on behavioral questions, asking about my past work experiences and how I handled challenges. The interviews themselves felt pretty straightforward, but the whole hiring process took ages, like a full month. They spaced out each interview about a week apart, and then it would take another week to get results. After the final interview, they waited a whopping 33 days to call me and say they weren't moving forward. Seriously, who takes that long to get back to someone?

The whole interview thing was pretty long but cool. The people hiring were super helpful and always got back to me fast when I asked stuff. First, I talked to the main recruiter to go over my resume. Then, there was a 1.5-hour test, followed by a panel interview with the recruiter and two other people who do the same job but at different places. They asked me all behavioral questions, asking for specific stories from my past. It was pretty interesting. After that, I've got an on-site interview with the Warehouse Director and the General Manager. Then, I have to do some more online tests, like basic behavioral and leadership ones, which will take another two hours. The last thing is a phone interview with a psychologist. Overall, it was a good experience.
