I applied online and heard back about two weeks later about a fun homework assignment. I submitted that and the next day they reached out for an interview. The following week, I had my Skype interview and met the whole team. They were really chill and welcoming. The day after that, they asked for references, and two days later I got the offer.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed for an internship twice, once in 2013 and again for summer 2014. The first interview was over the phone, and the second was on Skype. Both interviews were pretty standard, asking me about my interest in the company. The Skype interview was really brief, and I felt like I was being rushed and didn't get to say everything I wanted to. After both interviews, I sent a thank you note but never heard back. I would have liked at least a confirmation email. Even though Do Something seemed like a good place to intern, the experience really put me off.

It was an in-person interview with two staff members. The questions were pretty average, mostly asking about relevant experience and hobbies. They seemed to be checking for knowledge of their past work and for culture fit. They also asked a bit about my education background and other internships.
