I spoke with the recruiter first, then the hiring manager and another PM. They indicated a decision would be made in two weeks. After the two-week mark, I followed up with the recruiter, who said they needed an additional week. A week and a half passed with no communication, so I sent another email asking for an update, but received no reply. Basic courtesy seems to be non-existent.

I had a Zoom interview where one of the hiring managers wasn't paying attention and asked a question I had just answered. Then, he muted himself and took a phone call while I was still answering his question. It was super unprofessional and made me realize I didn't want to work for them. The interview didn't match the job description either; it felt like a more junior role but they were asking questions for a senior position.
