Technical

It was a great interview process, I really enjoyed every bit of it. No coding was involved, only technical questions. The whole thing took 3 stages and moved fast and smoothly. Good questions, good company, and good people.

Behavioral Technical Other

It started with a phone call from the recruiter, then another with the Hiring Manager and a senior engineer, though the HM didn't show up until the last five minutes. I was interviewed by someone else who seemed intimidated by me, possibly a threat, and then maybe more interviews until I was fed up. I'm not sure what the strategy is. The questions were oddly phrased, designed to trick you, like a 'read my mind' game. I tried my best to answer them correctly, but some felt intentionally misleading. It felt disrespectful, like my skills and experience weren't valued. Save your time and check the negative reviews; they're accurate. This seems like a fake job posting.

Technical Behavioral

Recruiter reached out and then I had three separate hour-long technical phone calls with different people during business hours, which required me to take time off. I also had back-and-forth emails with the recruiter for clarifying questions. After that, there was an in-person interview, which also required taking more time off. I waited three days for feedback that was supposed to come the next day, and then they passed on me because they said I don't have enough experience with technologies they're just starting to use, even though my resume is full of technologies I learned on the job. It sounds like I dodged a bullet based on other reviews. They aren't doing new development and it seems like they might be shutting down this location soon. Avoid this place if you don't want to work in a cramped building, do boring bug fixes, and be on call outside of work hours.
