They asked too many questions for the low compensation. They should really lessen it, given that they provide trainings for potential VAs, especially if you're planning to start a career as a VA. But if you have experience, I'd recommend looking for another agency that offers a higher salary. From Reddit: It's better to follow what you want, and it's more practical now to have the opportunity to work from home. I'm an engineering graduate and since graduating, I started working as a freelance graphic designer, and OD has been part of my VA career. OD became my stepping stone to this new path.
