Process Engineer
It was a challenging interview experience where I had to prepare thoroughly. The process involved case studies and analysis questions. I expected around two to three interviewers. It started with a standard self-introduction, and then the questions began.
- Can you share your most significant accomplishment?
- How do your friends perceive you?
Process Engineer
The interviewers were really nice and paid attention during the questions. They made sure I understood the job and what it involved. They asked about my strengths and weaknesses, and since it's an entry-level job, they focused on how my university experience could be useful for the role.
- Which school courses did you take that would be relevant to this job?
- What are your strengths?
- What are your weaknesses?
Process Engineer
They flew me out pretty quick after I applied. The interview was a whole 8 hours long, with like 2-3 new people coming in every 45 minutes or so. It was pretty intimidating and had a lot of those usual personality questions. You interview with some of the warehouse workers and they really try to throw you off and are super hard to please. HR and the higher-ups were really nice though. It wasn't a terrible experience overall. They called within a week to tell me I didn't get the job, which I appreciated!
- Can you share three words that describe you?
- Please tell us about your previous job responsibilities and how they relate to this role.
