The interview process was quite lengthy, spanning several months with four interviews. After completing the first three, I was contacted a month later for a fourth. I was really disappointed with how long it took and their final decision. The last interview was conducted via TEAMS with four interviewers. In total, I interacted with eleven different people across the four interview stages.

I started with an online application on their website. Then, I had a virtual interview on Teams with an HR manager. This was followed by an in-person interview at their office with a remote HR employee and the team. Finally, I received a response online.

It was a challenging interview experience where I had to prepare thoroughly. The process involved case studies and analysis questions. I expected around two to three interviewers. It started with a standard self-introduction, and then the questions began.

Entretiens intéressants avec un long processus détaillé. J'ai eu en tout 4 entretiens différents. Une première approche pour faire connaissance, un second un peu plus RH, un 3ème "technique" avec les membres de l'équipe, et un dernier avec la Direction RH et équipe d'audit. Cela n'a pas abouti sur une offre d'emploi, j'ai apprécié et remercié le temps qui m'a été accordé. Par contre je trouve cela extrêmement dommage et déplorable après autant de temps et différents entretiens de n'envoyer juste un mail automatique (qui n'a pas marché correctement), générique sans aucune valeur pour dire que ma candidature n'a pas été retenu. J'attendais un meilleur niveau de suivis pour une structure de cette taille. C'est très dommage et laisse une mauvaise impression sur la compagnie malgré des échanges intéressants.
