The interview process was a bit disorganized. One interview was missed, though they apologized and rescheduled quickly. Some interviewers seemed not well-informed about the subject matter, appearing flustered when I demonstrated more knowledge. Overall, it was a mediocre experience, and I didn't receive an offer.

So they started with a take-home project, which took a lot of time. I figured, you know, usually with these data science take-homes, you end up presenting it in an on-site, so I assumed that's what would happen. But nope, about three weeks after I sent it in, they told me I wasn't moving on to an on-site. Honestly, it feels pretty ridiculous to use a project that takes so much effort as just a screen, and I wouldn't have even done it if I knew an on-site wasn't even a sure thing.
