I got a call from the manager to set up an interview. She was cool about the timing and seemed nice. The interview was about 30 minutes. They mostly wanted to know about my schedule. Specifically, she asked about my early morning availability and if I could work weekends if needed.

I went to the job fair and did an interview. The interviewer said he would call if I got the job. I later saw on Facebook that some people had a second interview right after the first one. They said they would call me back. I was one of the first 10 people there, and he was told before me. It was very disappointing, I have experience with machines.

It was a smooth experience, even though it was at a job fair. The staff were quick and efficient. I don't think anyone had to wait more than about forty minutes. After filling out a basic application, everyone got interviewed one-on-one. Then, at least for me, I got a quick tour of the warehouse to see how things worked. My interviewer made sure I knew the conditions I'd be working in.
