It was easy and very informal. They showed me what the job would entail if I got it, explained the duties and the work hours. They also told me how many training hours are needed and set aside time for training videos.

The interview process was simple. I applied online and they got in touch for an in-person interview a few days later. In the interview, they asked about my customer service experience, availability, and how I'd deal with tough customers. The interviewer was nice and I felt comfortable. It took about a week total from applying to getting the offer.

The interview process was straightforward and the staff were really nice. I was interviewed quickly and without any issues. There wasn't a big test or anything required to get the job. I really liked the staff and the overall atmosphere during my shifts.
