The interview experience was super positive! Everything was really well organized, and they kept me in the loop at every step. The interviewers were cool, friendly, and seemed genuinely curious about my background and what I've done. The questions they asked made sense for the job and gave me a good chance to talk about my skills and projects. I also liked that they made time to answer my questions and give me a feel for the team, what they expect, and the company vibe. All in all, it felt like a fair and open process, and I came away with a great impression of the company.

Applied via LinkedIn and got an email invitation for a 30-minute interview. The interviewer was late and the interview finished in 10 minutes. It felt like they were just going through the motions. Got a generic rejection from a mailbox afterwards. A waste of time, not serious.

I interviewed for a Team Manager position. It started with a 30-minute phone chat, then a 1-hour Zoom interview with two managers. After that, I had 1.5 hours of back-to-back in-person interviews with three different people. Unfortunately, I didn't get the job because they decided to hire internally. During the interviews, they focused on whether I had ever fired someone from a previous job, and my lack of experience in that area was held against me.

  • General questions were also part of the interview.
