The interview process was good and had 4 stages. First, I talked to Iwona from the talent team who explained the role and company. Then, I had interviews with the manager and a technical interview. Lastly, I met with stakeholders and team members to check for cultural fit. It was nice that everyone was friendly.

Interviewing at Dojo was a smooth and nice experience. Every step from the initial contact through the technical challenges to the final interviews was pleasant while still being appropriately difficult. I really liked that in each round I had the chance to meet the people I was interviewing with and they paid attention to me. It didn't feel like just another candidate in a line. The recruiting staff kept me updated and ready before each interview. This was great because I felt like part of the team before I even started. Big thanks to Iwona for being amazing at keeping me in the loop the whole time.

The interview process involved a recruiter screen, a hiring manager chat, and then a technical assessment. I didn't advance past the technical assessment, which I found challenging because the interviewers rushed me and didn't allow time to think. Besides that, it was a pretty standard process with typical questions for the role.
