Customer Service Representative
A well-developed process with relevant questions. Be well prepared to meet DOJO's expectations. Be yourself and show what you deserve and that you can match the search profile.
- Describe a time you had a dispute with a colleague.
Customer Service Agent
It was a 5 stage interview process that took up to 6 weeks. I got to the 4th stage, and then I was rejected because I didn't have experience in tech, even though they knew this from the start. It's a shame because I spent so much time on their assessments and interviews, and everything was looking positive originally.
- You can expect some role-playing exercises.
- There will be an assessment focused on calculations.
- You'll also be assessed on customer service, using scenarios you haven't been trained on yet.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was amazing, starting with a phone call and leading to an in-office visit. The training and induction were also great, and I'm really enjoying it so far. I'm glad I picked them over other options.
- Could you tell me what you know about the Dojo community?
