Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Dojo.
Customer Service Advisor
The interview at Dojo was really thorough, with several stages and different kinds of questions and tests. Even though it was a lot, I felt well-supported throughout. It was all put together nicely and went off without a hitch. Everyone on the team was super nice and made a long process feel way better. I really liked how Dojo made sure candidates felt like they mattered and knew what was going on at each step.
- Can you tell me about a time you encountered a challenge at work and how you managed to overcome it?
Customer Service Advisor
It was a 30-minute exploratory call. They asked questions about my experience. They also gave some info about the company and the position. My call got postponed by a few days, and they told me about it half an hour before it was supposed to start.
- Can you discuss your past experience?
Customer Service Advisor
They reached out to me and set up a call. On the day of the call, they didn't reach out. I figured they might have forgotten about it. I sent an email to remind them about the call, and the HR person said sorry because they couldn't get into their indeed account to find my number. They then asked if we could reschedule the call for 3 days later. Three days after that, they forgot again. It was so unprofessional and a complete waste of my time.
