It was a smooth 3-week process. I talked to the recruiter, then the sales manager and head of business ops, and finally the hiring manager before getting the offer. Two things stood out to me. First, the people at DoiT really love it there, so ask them questions about the company. I've found myself agreeing with a lot of what they say and I'm loving it here too. Second, they make the offer really clear and easy to understand, and they're helpful. The offer isn't some long, complicated contract; it's a simple presentation that you DocuSign. They were also super flexible with my start date, making sure it worked for my schedule and I felt good about it. They're understanding if you have a conflict and will work with you to find a solution that works for both sides, but don't take advantage of that.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty straightforward. The first interview was with a recruiter to check for fit and provide info about DoiT. The second interview was with an executive and a hiring manager who looked into my current experience and assessed my ability to succeed as an FSR. The last interview was with the hiring manager to discuss my current sales experience, cloud knowledge, and potential fit. It took about 6-8 weeks from the first interview to get an offer.

A recruiter found me on LinkedIn and really checked out my profile and resume to see if I'd be a good fit before reaching out. Their message really stood out. After that, there were three rounds of interviews. All the interviews were super open and honest, and the interviewers asked questions directly. The recruiter let me know quickly if I was moving on to the next round and kept me updated the whole time. They were clear about what to expect and gave feedback. It was one of the best interview experiences I've had.
