My interview process with DoiT was a really great and interesting experience. Over about four weeks, I got to talk with a few team members, and each talk made me more interested in the company and its vibe. Right from the start, the Senior Recruiter was super open and helpful, making sure communication was clear and I felt supported. The process had a good structure and included three more parts: an interview with the Hiring Manager, a Panel Interview, and then a final chat with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Every conversation felt important, was well-paced, and showed how DoiT is all about teamwork and its people. I'm thankful for the whole thing and everyone who made it so easy and welcoming.

Behavioral Presentation

I went through 4 interviews, including a role-play. The first was with HR, the second with the manager, the third with a teammate, and the final one was a role-play with the Sales Leader and Manager. The overall process was conversational, not strictly behavioral, creating a friendly vibe. They were quick with the offer, which I didn't like much. HR and I agreed on a starting salary in the first interview, but then HR offered less without checking beforehand, though he seemed surprised. I suspect it was a sales tactic to make me feel like they were increasing the offer, preventing me from asking for more.

Behavioral Technical

Overall, my experience interviewing with Doit was great. From beginning to end, everything was really clear, organized, and enjoyable. Communication was smooth and transparent the whole way through — I always knew what was coming next. The interviewers were professional but also easy to talk to, and they made it comfortable to have an open conversation. I really liked how structured it was, but there was still room for real interaction and good discussion. It seemed to really show the company culture and made the whole thing feel positive and like they respected my time. Thanks to the Doit team for making it a nice process and for the opportunity!
