It was a simple online interview process. First, I had a conversation with HR, and then a direct one with the manager. There wasn't any prior testing, group activities, or anything like that. They didn't ask many technical questions, mostly personal ones.

The company contacted me really quickly after I applied. The selection process started with a group activity where we talked a bit about our backgrounds, followed by a writing assignment. I made it to the second stage, which was an interview with the area manager. She explained how the department works, but I felt like there wasn't a real one-on-one interview because there was no space for questions and answers. I think everything was based on the group interview from the previous stage. There was also a psychological exam. The company only got back to me after I contacted the HR analyst for information.

The interview was really good, excellent recruiters. Great communication, very good regarding result disclosure. They notify you very quickly throughout the whole process. Polite and helpful professionals. I really liked the interview. It made me feel quite secure.
