I had two rounds of interviews with DOF. The talent recruiter reached out about two weeks after I applied. The first interview was pretty formal, with both accounting and behavioral questions. I wasn't expecting it to be so formal since the recruiter initially said it would be more of a job description intro, and I got short notice. Anyway, I passed that and went to the second interview, which had more detailed behavioral and accounting questions.

I was contacted by email shortly after applying to schedule the interview, which was conducted on the Teams platform. The interview was conducted by two HR interns and the hiring manager for the position. Everyone was very kind throughout the process.

The company contacted me really quickly after I applied. The selection process started with a group activity where we talked a bit about our backgrounds, followed by a writing assignment. I made it to the second stage, which was an interview with the area manager. She explained how the department works, but I felt like there wasn't a real one-on-one interview because there was no space for questions and answers. I think everything was based on the group interview from the previous stage. There was also a psychological exam. The company only got back to me after I contacted the HR analyst for information.
