Research Associate
It's mostly behavorial, focused on understanding your motivation for doing the LO interview. Then there's a 1-hour case study followed by a debrief. You really need to have a strong 'why LO' story. It depends a lot on the interviewer, mainly based on fit and need. It's not as structured as banking or PE processes.

The interview process was pretty straightforward, involving technical questions and a lot of behavioral questions about what motivates me as a person. It was hard to prepare for, but it really made me think differently compared to other interviews.
