It was a weird interview process. First, there was a phone interview. Then, I had a face-to-face with the hiring manager, followed by another face-to-face with the regional director, and finally a face-to-face with the Regional VP. They offered me the job verbally after the last F2F. They said recruitment would send the official offer, but I didn't hear anything for two weeks even after sending multiple emails. I followed up directly with the regional director and the next day recruitment emailed me saying they offered the job to someone else. I asked for a phone call to get feedback, but they ignored me. Total waste of my time.

Behavioral Other

The whole thing took about two months, mostly because it kicked off right after Thanksgiving and people, including myself, were on vacation. It started with a recruiter call, which led to a phone interview with the director. Then, I had lunch with another team member and later met with the director again for lunch. A call with the SVP followed. I also had to provide four references and complete a word association test. The process concluded with a phone call offering me the job. My recruiter, Michaelyn, was great – very responsive and honest about how things would go. She always answered my questions promptly and clearly. Overall, I enjoyed the experience.

Behavioral Presentation

I had really good interviews with senior managers in Seattle. The interviews in San Francisco were not good. I met with the Senior VP who is no longer here and it almost made me not want the job because he was unprofessional and not very bright. Then I interviewed with the CRO (who is now President) and we just talked about his vacation house in Tahoe for an hour. He didn't seem to care about my qualifications at all.
