Account Manager
The interview process was super long, like five rounds spread out over six months. They kept changing when they'd hire me, like four times. Recruiters promised stuff that wasn't true. After all that, six months later, I just got a standard email saying I didn't get it. It was the messiest, longest interview process I've ever been through. You'd think a big company like this would handle things better and with more care.

Customer Success Account Manager
First I spoke with the recruiter to see if my skills were a match. Then I met with the hiring manager for a more casual chat that included some standard interview questions. The next round was a panel interview where I had to give a 45-minute presentation. I put together a deck to cover my background, performance, and specialities. They said this was expected. The presentation itself wasn't too tough, although one interviewer was pretty intense with their questions. I didn't get through to the next stage.
- Can you share examples of successfully managing a customer who was at risk and handling a difficult renewal?
Account Manager
I was referred for an Account Manager role in Feb 2020 and a recruiter contacted me for a phone screen. It took me 2 follow-up emails to get it scheduled. Then it was cancelled the same day. It took 3 more follow-ups to get it done on March 3. Then I interviewed with the hiring manager on March 6. I had a full interview loop on March 12. During the interview, they mentioned they were rethinking headcount and would have an update in a week. I waited a week and a half and followed up with the recruiter. He said he'd have an update at the end of the month. The recruiter strung me along for FOUR MONTHS. He would schedule calls to give updates but was always late or a no-show. He told me texting was best, but that also led to no responses. The last response was June 23, saying no update. On July 24, I got an automated rejection email. I tried to reach out to the recruiter more but no response. Because I have friends who love Docusign, I applied for another role on the Partnerships team. Things went smoothly and timely. After my final interview loop last week, I followed up on Friday and again on Tuesday asking about a decision because I had a pending offer. I got a response: "I am hopeful we will have next steps identified in the next few days." Not helpful at all.
