This interview process moved pretty fast. I had one video call interview and then one in-person meeting. They don't ask too many questions; they mostly want to see your personality. If they think you're a good fit and will put in the work, they'll offer you the job. Dress sharp since it's a sales role. Show you're keen to learn and have some questions ready.

It began with a zoom call from Pras, who was punctual and the interview lasted about 10 minutes. He asked if I could come in the next day. He didn't explicitly say it was another round, but I figured it would be. Then I spoke with Joyce for about 15 minutes in the front area of the office. It was a challenging interview that really tested my honesty, but it was the kind of high-stakes interview I was expecting, and the office itself was stunning. Overall, the whole process was really straightforward and clear.

The interview felt like a fraternity party, with loud music. The interviewer wore a flashy suit. During the group interview, another older man in a flashy suit and sunglasses stared down the candidates. He'd leave and come back to stare again. It was bizarre. After reading Glassdoor reviews, I'm glad I didn't take the job.
