The interview process was good. I participated in one small group interview and observed another group interview for different roles within the company to understand the interview process better.

It began with a zoom call from Pras, who was punctual and the interview lasted about 10 minutes. He asked if I could come in the next day. He didn't explicitly say it was another round, but I figured it would be. Then I spoke with Joyce for about 15 minutes in the front area of the office. It was a challenging interview that really tested my honesty, but it was the kind of high-stakes interview I was expecting, and the office itself was stunning. Overall, the whole process was really straightforward and clear.

The CEO of Doctor Multimedia, who is also the owner, was the most unprofessional interviewer I've met. The interview was very short and brief. The CEO focused only on his love for money and how his clients don't matter to him. His entire interview was about his love for money, and he didn't mention anything about his passion for leading his company to success. It seemed like he was a "Trust Fund" kid who was in way over his head.

The interviewer was super unprofessional and made me feel really awkward during the interview. I turned down the offer because I didn't want to deal with more awkward situations. The company seems to be all about high volume and not great quality work, and I wasn't into that.
