Product Manager
I applied online and got a call from HR for the first interview. They told me I'd need to do a case study for the role and had five days to complete it. I finished it the next day and sent it back to HR. After two weeks of no response, I followed up with HR. Still no reply. It's been a month, and I put a lot of time into the tasks, and I just got silence. HR talked a lot about respecting applicants' time and effort and always giving feedback, which makes this even more frustrating.
- Can you tell me about your background and previous work?
- What do you hope to achieve or gain from this position?
Product Manager
The whole process was super smooth, they gave me plenty of info beforehand for each step and lots of time to prep between interviews. The interviewers were really prepared and clearly knew my profile well. They even reviewed a past test I did and gave me feedback right away. It's obvious they care about hiring people who fit the company's vibe and culture. They were also really flexible with my situation, which I really appreciate.
- Could you list the three most important qualities of a successful product manager?
- In what ways would your friends characterize you personally?
- Which specific personality trait would your friends highlight?
