I sent my application online and after a few weeks, I was contacted by email by their Talent Acquisition Specialist who shared their calendar to schedule a video call. During the chat, they explained the selection process (although I already knew it because I had already interviewed with them in 2019) which goes through several steps to overcome: performing a challenge, interviewing with the team leader, and interviewing with the manager of the relevant area. The challenge was demanding in terms of time and indeed I had to ask to postpone the delivery of the work by a few days. After about ten days I had their feedback and we scheduled the next interview, always in the same way. The interview with the team leader focused a lot on mutual knowledge of processes, methodologies, software, and project deliverables. After about a week, the Talent Acquisition Specialist called me, informing me of the outcome and explaining in detail the different feedback received. I must say that in every situation they were very cordial and helpful. They have a very smart approach and I always felt comfortable.

The selection process is structured in multiple stages. It started with an initial introductory interview, followed by a task to be completed within a few days. Afterward, I met the people from the team I would join, and finally, the head of design. All the stages were pleasant conversations. I also really appreciated being accompanied throughout the interviews by HR, who was always very kind and helpful. Absolutely positive experience!
- Why are you interested in Docebo?
- What motivates your desire to switch companies?
- Can you share details about your professional background and your design methodology?

I had an online interview with someone from HR. Then, they sent me a challenging take-home assignment where I had to design a dashboard for an e-learning platform. After I submitted it, they took a while to respond, so I emailed a recruiter and received negative feedback. The application process felt like they weren't very attentive or interested.
