It took about a month from start to finish. I really enjoyed meeting the team and the leaders; they were a major factor in my decision to accept the offer. The process wasn't overly challenging, just make sure you know your stuff. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating.

The hiring process was simply put amazing. Carmelo, the recruiter who reached out to me, was on top of everything. From scheduling really quick interviews to keeping me informed at every step of the way to making sure that all my needs were catered for. Also everyone has been nothing but amazing and transparent during the interview process. To be honest this was the best interview process I have ever had so far.

The interview process at Docebo was a good blend of standard interviews and hands-on tasks. It had a clear structure: first, a chat with the Recruiter, then a conversation with the Hiring Manager, followed by a scenario demonstration, and finally, an alignment meeting with senior leadership. I liked that they focused on getting to know me while also giving me ample opportunity to learn about them and the company.
