There were 2 interviews. The first was with my future manager to introduce themselves, the company, team, and the position. The second interview involved technical and hiring supervisors. I was given a case study and the required prep material was accessible. A psychometric assessment was done prior to the 2nd interview. During the interview, I had to elaborate on my results and justify my personality inclination (like leader, proud, social...). The whole process took 2 months.

The interview process started with a phone interview where they asked pretty easy questions about what I know about the company, why I'd want to work there, and any past experiences I've had with an HR manager from another state. Next, there was an online character assessment which was pretty unique and tested my competitiveness and ability to work with others. Finally, there was a 3-hour long in-person panel interview with no tours, just a lot of questions. The questions themselves were easy and some were repeated. It's important to pay attention to the details they share about the company and the role, and to know about data analytics and Excel.
