Behavioral Presentation

Started with an email and phone call from HR. Then had a second interview with the manager and a co-worker over the phone. The third interview was in person and involved a brief presentation to the manager and team remotely. After that, I had a one-on-one interview with the local team lead. The whole thing took a while, as there was a fourth phone interview a few weeks after that.

I was contacted 3 weeks after applying and had a phone interview with HR. It involved some easy questions and a few technical ones. After 2 weeks, I was contacted for a second interview with the Director of Wind Energy. Surprisingly, this interview had no technical questions and was more HR-focused than the first one, asking about pros, cons, and why I wanted to work there. It felt like the interviewer was just reading from a script and wasn't really conversational. The next day, I got an email saying I wasn't considered for the role.

It was a nice meeting with open discussions. The employers were really friendly. They asked about my previous experience and what I know about the position and the company. Overall, I am satisfied working there.
