HR reached out about 2 weeks after I applied online and scheduled a meeting for a week later. During that meeting, we discussed basic HR matters, and they emphasized needing to know my expected salary to proceed. Following that, there were two more interviews: a one-on-one with the regional lead, and then a panel with directors, all happening within three weeks. After that, I heard nothing (got ghosted). I didn't follow up, but when I checked the status online a month later, I saw I wasn't selected.

I applied for a Graduate position in Veracity platform (Digital Solutions) in Oslo. The whole process was super chill and friendly, no assessment day or case studies. I had 3 interviews in total: a really quick one (15min), a long one (2hours), and then a final 30min chat. They made me an offer, but the pay isn't really competitive for the IT/Digital field.

The interviewer was a professional and an expert in his field. He looked over my resume, certifications, and background check, and verified my licenses online. We talked a lot about the assignment, how to do the reports, and the timing. We also covered company forms and contacts. We discussed what items would be reimbursed and what access I would have to company facilities and the network. We went through a tutorial for the payroll system and for additional invoices.
