Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DNB.
Applications Developer
The whole process was pretty simple. First, you send in your application, then HR screens it. After that, you talk to recruiters and managers. You might get asked behavioral, technical, or situational questions, and maybe a practical test. Finally, they check your references and give you an offer or say no, depending on how you did.
- Can you discuss your experience and the roles you've held in your current job?
- Tell me about your experience in relation to this role.
Software Engineer
The interview process was easy, and the people were nice. You can expect a few interviews when you go on site. They did a cultural fit interview and a technical interview. It was a pretty fast process, and they gave me an offer not long after the last interview.
- What makes you interested in working at DNB?
Software Engineer
Went through tests, a film-yourself stage, and a personal call interview. It was all pretty simple and gentle. I got the job, but it was cancelled because of Corona. Overall, I was happy with the experience; they aimed to help candidates improve. The question was, 'Describe Instagram.'
- Can you describe Instagram?
- How do you foresee technology transforming the banking sector?
