It was a pleasant interview experience. The process was well-structured with clear updates and a timeline. The interviewer was kind and interested in getting to know me as a person and seeing what I know.

Technical Presentation

I had two initial interviews that were 30 minutes each. The first was with two junior analysts, and the second was with two senior colleagues. About a week later, I found out I advanced to the next stage. The second round involved a very brief meeting, about 5-10 minutes, with the head of IBD. He spoke briefly about DNB, I gave a short presentation, and that was it. They offered me the job very quickly after. The whole process was really smooth and efficient, and the interviews and reception were very pleasant.

The whole process was pretty straightforward and easy. It started with two logical/fast thinking tests, followed by some video interviews. If you passed the video interview, you then had an actual interview with HR. The only negative part for me was that the HR person seemed to forget about me. When I followed up for more information after 3 weeks, I just got a standard rejection letter. Other candidates had already received their emails about 1.5 weeks prior. I guess I was expecting more professional and courteous behavior from their employees.
