Got a call from the recruiter and then did a pre-interview over the phone. After that, I was asked to come to the office. The first interview was with the recruiter again where they asked a lot about my past work experiences and work ethics. They also asked why I was applying, about my salary expectations, and gave me some situational questions and a role play. The second part was a written test focusing on geography (since it's for a travel account), an IQ test, and a personality test. After being shortlisted, I interviewed with the Team Leader for the account, where we talked more about my work experiences. I got the job offer the same day.

It was a simple Skype call from Dubai HQ. They asked about airport codes, GDS codes, and the ticketing process. Also asked a few things about previous work experience. If you've had experience or are an IATA student, it's an easy win for you; you can crack the interview.

  • Could you explain the elements involved in ticketing?
