Technical Lead
The interview process was quick. At the time, they confirmed what I felt was true: "I'd be great for the job as advertised." In hindsight, they could have been more accurate about the job to help me make a better decision.
- Can you design an interface process? This will be a verbal design session.
Software Engineer
Started with an online assessment, then a group discussion, followed by a technical interview. The technical interview covered basic data structures and algorithms, including a discussion about my web development projects.
- Can you implement merge sort and discuss its time complexity?
- Could you solve a two-pointer problem?
- Do you have any questions about database management systems?
Senior Software Engineer
First, there was a phone call with the Recruiter to check Work Authorization, salary expectations, and when I could join. Then, I had a 60-minute coding assessment done on my own computer and submitted through their portal. After passing that, I did a technical interview that lasted about 40-45 minutes. Finally, I had a behavioral interview with the Director to decide if they'll extend an offer.
