First, I had a quick call with Talent Acquisition, like a 2-second chat. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager, which I felt went well. The next interview was scheduled during my PTO, even though I gave them my available dates and they picked days I was off. That one also seemed to go okay. After that, I was ghosted for about a month, with just occasional "will get back to you" updates. Eventually, they resurfaced stating they were considering a more junior role that wasn't even open.

Fair warning to anyone interviewing here, they refuse to give you a written offer letter before making you accept/decline. You are forced to accept the position before they tell you any details of the offer - benefits, bonus structure, travel structure and offer no salary negotiation. They won’t even give you a detailed job description of what the anticipated position would be. I was told through the interview process they were excited for me to join the team and wanted to move quickly, but asked me to verbally accept the offer before sending over any of the details. I expressed how I could not accept a job without knowing what even makes up the position. They are 100% trying to pull the wool over your eyes and hoping you accept the offer prior to realizing all of the negative details of employment with DMI. Process started normal, ended extremely unprofessional.

It was a two round process. First, one interviewer asked rapid fire questions for about 30 minutes. Then, there was a panel interview with three people and they did round-robin questioning. My impression from the first interviewer was that they had no time for this and just wanted to get through it quickly. The second round was a little more relaxed, but the questions weren't really exploring my knowledge level as much as showing off how much trivia the interviewer knew. The overall impression was not welcoming a skilled and appreciated member of the team, but just someone to fill the slot.

  • Can you state the five-word minimum for Azure?
