Structural Engineer
The interview was pretty good, it was a virtual interview with two people, one non-technical and one technical. The whole thing went smoothly and I got the offer real fast.

Civil Engineer
I was invited to interview at their Indianapolis office. I met with some leaders there and they gave me a tour of the office. The interview itself lasted about an hour. I was contacted about a week later with feedback.

Civil Engineer
The interview was in person and provided a lot of useful information. I learned about the job duties, the company's work atmosphere, and ongoing projects. The engineers I spoke with were really friendly, making it feel like a casual chat and an educational discussion.
