Intern
Applying online was simple, and I got an email response. The interview was conversational and relaxing. I got a tour and met people from various teams.

Structural Engineer
The interview was pretty good, it was a virtual interview with two people, one non-technical and one technical. The whole thing went smoothly and I got the offer real fast.

The interview was conducted over Zoom and was quite direct. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, making for a comfortable conversation. There's a possibility of future interviews with this company.

Civil Engineer
I was invited to interview at their Indianapolis office. I met with some leaders there and they gave me a tour of the office. The interview itself lasted about an hour. I was contacted about a week later with feedback.
