The interview will take about 90 minutes to two hours and will consist of standard questions. However, if you are related to someone at the company, it may be different. They might mislead you about the commission structure, which is unclear, and talk about the company trip. Just know that things aren't as good as they seem.

Applied online and got a call from a recruiter about a week later. I had a phone interview and then they called me in for a face-to-face interview. Make sure to stay professional. Be concise and to the point when answering questions.

I first chatted with a recruiter who was really nice and seemed genuinely invested in finding a good match for both me and the company. At the time, I wasn't looking to switch jobs, as I got this opportunity through a referral, so I asked her to give me a couple of weeks. She actually got back to me sooner than that with a new opening that came up. So, I went in for the first interview with a Director and a manager from his team. Since the manager I'd be working with was on vacation, I had to come back the next week for a second interview. About two days after that, the recruiter called me. We haggled a bit on salary, and I started the following Monday. They do conduct a background check, so just be upfront and you'll be okay. Make sure to ask questions about your role, the whole process, what they'd suggest for you as you get started, what challenges they faced, growth opportunities, and work-life balance. The more questions you ask, the better. Most importantly, show them you're really interested in the job.
